SHIPPING
Orders ship from Vancouver, BC – Canada.
We strive to ship all orders by the next business day. Most of our customers receive their package in 5-7 business days after ordering.
We ship internationally and shipping is always free, even for small orders! That’s our way of saying thank you for choosing ArmsUp Pro.
If your order status says your package has shipped, it has. Have a little patience with the postal service, but after 14 days, feel free to contact us at [email protected] to check on your order.
RETURNS
Cancellation
We do accept cancellation if the order is not dispatched yet. Please contact us for order cancellation and we will let you know the status of your order. Please keep in mind that we usually process an order in a 24 hour window after you have placed it.
Return
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the package to the address we provide in 7 days and the tracking number needs to be sent back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your account.
